Stockholm, April 4th, 2017 | AI company Imagimob is proud to announce that it today has been acknowledged as one of Sweden's 33 best-in-class technology startups with the potential to become multi-billion dollar export successes.
Stockholm-based Imagimob received the award in the presence of Marie Wall, the start-up director at the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. The accolade is for the company’s patented artificial intelligence technology working with motion sensors embedded in small devices, now positioned for a broad scale market penetration in 3rd party products.
"We are really excited about the acknowledgement", says CEO and Co-founder Anders Hardebring. "The competition is fierce so our entry on 33-listan, for the second year in a row, confirms that we are right-on-target in this fast-growing industry", he concludes.
Imagimob’s innovation recognises motion in real time with high accuracy. It is hardware independent, low-power and works on low-cost devices. The technology is developed with the purpose to re-invent the global industry in a multitude of sectors such as automotive, smart buildings, manufacturing and lifestyle.
Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things is widely anticipated to be the next industrial revolution.
33-listan is Imagimob’s second acknowledgement in 2017. The company recently also won the Swedish Mobile Awards in the category Startup of the Year.
33-listan identifies leading-edge technology game-changers every year. It is initiated by business- and technology editorials Affärsvärlden and Ny Teknik. Celebrating its tenth year, more than 300 tech-companies were submitted to the list for the 2017 edition.
Imagimob, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, has invented and developed the patented technology SensorBeat. SensorBeat is a registered trademark in the EU. www.imagimob.com
